I will work with you, and we will take the business cornerstones and develop a long-term vision of your content (a content marketing “mission statement”) to eventually archived and/or updated.

Proofread with light editing
I will use a special tool as well as Grammarly to edit your posts to ensure grammar is on point. I will send back your document through our management platform to make sure you agree with edits and/or change things if needed/suggested.
Format the post
Have you noticed that when you read blog articles you often skim to lists/bullet points? I will make subheading (which help you on Google) as well as bullet points / lists as necessary for each topic
Keywords
I won’t keyword stuff (Google doesn’t like that) your posts, but I will make sure your keywords show up where they should for SEO. Also, I provide 30 minutes of research per post to make sure we have the right keywords.
Add Images
I will create the image that matches your branding and fit your blog for consistency across the board.
I can add images you provide or from another image source website that I use. Some images do better than other on blogs. I make sure they are the optimal size and have keywords in the titles and Alt text.
Call to Action or Opt In
Do you have something people download to join your email list? I can add that into your blog post every time. I will also link appropriate content to keep your audience on your blog.
Add SEO to images and blog
Search Engine Optimization is helpful when your audience is looking for your services. Go to Google.com and search Nurse Writer. I am the first blog that pops up, right behind Indeed.com jobs.
Schedule Post (You press publish)
I always want my client to look over the work before we press submit for any last changes. I may change the title or add keywords to optimize.
Create Images for Social Media Platforms
Social Media attention is critical these days with small businesses. I can create images that fit each of the platforms (because one image size won’t work - Pinterest is different than Facebook which is different than LinkedIn) . We can also create relevant social hashtags etc to add to your posts.
Social Sharing
I’ll be happy send you your posts in a document for you to copy, paste, and publish. Depending on your platform, we can construct Tweets or find relevant hashtags to help your content appear.
Add in Opt-Ins
Do you have something people download to join your email list? I can add that into your blog post every time. I will also link appropriate content to keep your audience on your blog.
